Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 2026

AIIO Technology Partners (“AIIO,” “we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, why we collect it, how we use and store it, and how you can access or correct it. It’s written to be consistent with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

What we collect

Information you give us. When you submit our contact form, we collect your first name, last name, email address, mobile phone number (if provided), website (if provided), and whatever you tell us in the message field.

Information collected automatically. We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors use this site — pages viewed, general location, device type, and similar usage data. This doesn’t identify you personally.

Booking information. If you book a time through our calendar link, that booking is handled directly by Google Calendar under Google’s own privacy terms, not by us.

Why we collect it

We use contact form submissions to respond to your enquiry and, if you engage us, to deliver our services. We use analytics data to understand how people use the site and improve it. We don’t use your information for anything beyond these purposes without telling you first.

How we store it, and for how long

Contact form submissions are sent to us by email and stored in our email system. We keep enquiry information for as long as it’s reasonably needed to respond to you or, if you become a client, for the life of the engagement and a reasonable period afterwards for our own record-keeping. We don’t keep it indefinitely for no reason.

Who we share it with

We don’t sell or rent your information. We do share it with a small number of service providers who help us run this site and our business:

Each of these providers only receives the information needed to perform their function, and each has their own privacy obligations.

  • Framer hosts this website and processes contact form submissions on our behalf.

  • Google Analytics processes site usage data.

  • Google Calendar processes bookings made through our booking link.

  • Our email provider stores and delivers messages sent through the contact form.

Accessing or correcting your information

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, at any time. Contact us using the details below and we’ll respond within a reasonable timeframe.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect the personal information we hold from misuse, loss, and unauthorised access. No online system is completely secure, but we don’t take this lightly.

Complaints

If you think we’ve mishandled your personal information, contact us first using the details below so we can try to resolve it directly. If you’re not satisfied with our response, you can lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
